Meals yesterday. Back on the paleo band wagon, if a little less meat-heavy. Breakfast: Two hard boiled eggs, 3/4 of an avocado, frozen raspberries. Lunch: FYI, that’s a small plate, not a big plate like the one my dinner is on. I just wasn’t that hungry. Banana, another hard boiled egg, the rest of the avocado, some almond butter. Dinner: Chicken, broccoli (omg I steamed this in the microwave and left it sitting in the hot water way too long and it was soft and blargh), cooked carrots, almond butter. I also ate a few nuts and raisins around 8:30 because I was very hungry. It feels good to be back on track.
